The study looked into the occurrence and way of a marriage between function stress and employee efficiency among accountants. The study attempted to uncover the common sources and signs of pressure among accountancy firm, the level of the romantic relationship between job stress and gratification, coping strategies applied and also other factors that affect performance of accountancy firm. The study was conducted inside the central location of Uganda and in particular, the districts of Kampala and Jinja.
A quantitative and correlation design utilized and checks were applied to a sample of 100 accountants but info from simply 86 respondents was used. A cross-sectional approach through which tests were applied of them costing only one time was used. Accidental sampling utilized to select participants who in that case provided the necessary data in the standardized home administered questionnaires supplied to them.
